The Royal Society of Edinburgh

Throughout the centuries, the Royal Society of Edinburgh have commissioned portraits of their distinguished fellows, from Sir Walter Scott to Professor Peter Higgs.

These five portraits are of members of the At Risk Academics and Refugees Initiative.

The paintings are part of their permanent collection.
